Job Description

The Brand Strategist is responsible for the fluidity and efficient execution of all account maintenance tasks in coordination with the and administrative items are communicated to the appropriate teams and partner agencies in a timely manner. In part with team leadership, the Brand Strategist participates in brainstorming sessions, also aids in the development of plan recommendation decks, utilizing their knowledge of client’s business objectives, competitive landscape and marketplace analysis to inform sound strategy and recommendation.

Responsibilities

  • Taking a disruptive & impactful way of Influencer Powered Marketing to top brands & agencies at scale. Building and executing strategy to get more brands to take up WORD’s marketing services and solutions
  • Connecting with Brand Managers and working on creative and data driven plans, campaigns.
  • Ideating and churning creative pitches on branded content for prospective clients
  • Utilize knowledge and understanding of client’s products/services and industry to inform sound strategy and recommendations
  • Effectively manage all daily tasks as well as guide development and education of Assistant Strategist
  • Assemble and assess media posts, post campaign analysis, and competitive reports to inform future planning and rec
  • Working with teams to ensure client’s campaign deliverables & objectives are creatively and efficiently met
  • Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations accordingly
  • Participate in client communication and assistance to the sales team
  • Partner with brand marketers, agencies and cross commerce into our campaigns
  • Build briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas rooted in consumer truths and insights
  • Apply critical thinking and decision frameworks to drive more strategic conversations

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of communication and brand strategy experience
  • Experience in integrating strategy into communication plans, selling ideas to senior leaders, managing innovative programs

We’re looking for a highly motivated New Business – Brand Solutions Manager to join our sales and Business Development team. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and relentless passion for all things Social Media.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through an aggressive and constant outreach program that includes a combination of tapping existing relationships as well as cold calling to initiate new ones.
  • Work with Strategy and Marketing teams to craft incredible campaigns and strategies for brands.
  • Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies and other revenue generating partners
  • Manage day-to-day sales operation, handle the empanelment processes, agreement and other paperwork, put monthly content delivery schedules for each client, actively seek client feedback to aximize satisfaction and overall be responsible for delivering great results

Job Requirements

  • 2 years + Ad sales experience at a media company/agency, having been responsible for selling content solution/advertising campaigns/ad slots to brands.
  • Experience in developing leads through a variety of methods making professional presentations and writing compelling proposals in order to close sales and exceed goals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for overseeing all user experience and design aspects of the organization. The Senior UI/UX Designer works with the design and creative team to develop a cohesive experience throughout our platform in order to increase user satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is responsible for guiding the entirety of the design process through its completion by presenting them to stakeholders and working along developers to ensure accurate implementation. This candidate helps Think of US achieve the goal of helping young people be successful by understanding the end user and making sure their needs are being met.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the creative team and developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout our product, providing expertise and mentorship.
  • Lead a small team of Designers. Coach your team through reviews and feedback. Support their UX/UI growth. Raise the capacity, skills and quality of user-centered design on your team.
  • Exercise your expertise in performance, architecture, and object-oriented design to deliver compelling customer experiences.
  • Critique in-progress design work, evaluating the priority and effectivity of solutions.
  • Develop and lead the Design team to improve the range of research methods used.
  • Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
  • Provide and encourage feedback from your team and other designers.
  • Interview target audience and record their responses to be archived and be used later in the process.
  • Apply User Flow and map out pathways an individual will take in a website or platform.
  • Develop personas and create a profiles particular users based on characteristics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in visual user interface design.
  • Ability to create clean, visually consistent designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office; Experience with Sketch and Zeplin are a plus.
  • Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levels of our organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience testing websites and software on a variety of platforms including iOS and Android mobile and devices.
  • Previous experience with user centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography and color, and web/mobile usability standards.
  • Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator across product managers and engineers.
  • Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ability to work with designers and developers to implement new ideas.
